Refund Policy
Sinofed connects a client and a vendor in order to provide digital goods and services that include but not limited to remote training, facilitating corporate partnerships, conducting research, and creating custom corporate training materials.
If for any reason the services provided do not meet your requirements please request a service review with a team lead within 60 days. If our team lead is unable to meet your requirements we will issue a full refund for the service provided.
We can only return payment via method service was paid for. ie. If service paid via wire transfer funds will be wired back to same account minus any costs of transfers.
