Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Virtual Training and Online Classes

Diversity in the workplace is key to maximized creativity. Chances of arriving at more feasible solutions to corporate problems increase when talents coming from different cultures and backgrounds work together in an organization. But it doesn’t end with acquisition of diverse talents alone. It’s essential to provide equal opportunities for each of them. Businesses should work on implementing measures to unite, boost, and retain their diverse manpower to achieve an end goal—lucrative profits.

Anti-bias and Anti-racism Virtual Training and Online Classes

Nearly every organization has at least one person pulling off that white supremacy notion and implicit bias whether intentional or not. This behavior strains relationships in the workplace which in turn hinders productivity. It is high time racism is put behind and focus on building solidarity among talents of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Our programs target to correct this behavior by educating white people to confront their issues on privilege and self-entitlement so they may realize the pessimism that surrounds it. Acts of charity will also be encouraged such as partaking in or donating to groups that promote diversity, inclusion, and end discrimination.

Our virtual trainings range from 2 to 8 hours for day sessions and 1 week to 8 weeks long for extensive online classes, depending on the organization’s requirements. We make accurate assessments and tailor-fit trainings and classes to address the core necessities of individuals and companies to maximize learning and provide solutions to pressing problems.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption Training

Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Training course provides a fun and innovative way of teaching compliance to learners. Harvard University’s problem based learning curriculum is utilized to provide learners with real life case studies to work through to ensure understanding. In the end each learner receives a certification.
